Graduated in Economics University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1993 , he won a grant by the European Community to attend a Master in “International Marketing Expert”.
He started his carrier in the Information Technology domain as SAP Consultant, implementing several Supply Chain projects in multinational companies operating in the automotive and consumer goods markets.
In 1999 Armando Laurenti started his carrier in Bulgari as Supply Chain application manager in IT Department, in 2003 he has been promoted Application Director and led all the SAP implementation projects for the entire Bulgari Group.
In 2005 Armando Laurenti has been appointed CIO and today he is responsible of the Bulgari ICT Department, managing all the Corporate and Local IT services. The ICT Department is composed by 83people: 41 Corporate Staff located in Rome,42 Regional Staff located in the Local Areas ( EMEA,US,Japan,China;Korea).
Actually as member of Executive Committee he reports directly to Bulgari CEO.
In the last 12 months he led several strategic projects such as :
- ICT Worldwide Department reorganization
- Bulgari Supply Chain Rethinking model
- Bulgari.com new site and digital CRM integration
In the last 2 years ,after the entry of Bulgari in LVMH Group, he also manage projects and provide IT services for LVMH W&J Brands.View Post
